The Heroes At Home Program is a new Peer to Peer Program which will offer various independent living services, activities and community supports to veterans with disabilities who reside in Passaic or Essex Counties.  Service activities will focus on accessing benefits, access to healthcare, transitioning, housing needs, transportation, employment training and support, home modfications, health and wellness and socialization.  

No one is better qualified to serve, support and mentor other veterans than a veteran.
